"Boxing needs good content but not the same old interviews that fans are used to seeing. so for this venture, I partnered with an award winning producer from Toronto.
"I want to give the boxing fans something different and great content they can enjoy along with checking out some food along the way," added Lo Greco.
The producer Lo Greco speaks of leading up the making of Culinary Fighter is Canadian-based Film-maker Jay Chaudhry, who added: "Look, the blueprint is there. Of course the folks over at Showtime and HBO are doing a tremendous job with their own series, but its 2017 -- and we're playing for keepsies." He says.
"How do you achieve this? By living and breathing in the space where your consumers attention is."
Chaudhry continued: "Social media platforms will play an integral part to Culinary Fighter's success and we will see to it that fresh content is being created, produced and distributed on an individual and regular basis to keep viewers locked in."
With several networks providing online streaming, YouTube RED is what seems to be popular amongst their 18-35 year old demographic. A commercial-free subsidiary of YouTube Inc, YTR is said to be made available to Canadian content creators as early as next year and Culinary Fighter will play a pivotal role being a forerunner with it.
